From a small group at the Embassy
Established in 1995, the British Chamber of Commerce (BritCham) Cambodia stands as the most active Chamber in Cambodia.

Encouraged by British Ambassador H.E. Paul Reddicliffe, and led by Seneka Fernando, the group formalised what would become the British Business Association of Cambodia (BBAC).
The decade from 2013 onward transformed BritCham Cambodia from an informal club into a professional, forward-looking Chamber of Commerce.
BritCham Cambodia has embraced the power of communication and digital engagement. It has the most engaged community of any Business Chamber.

We are honoured to represent a fast-growing community of over 100 member companies across multiple business sectors, and we are especially proud to confirm a 100% membership renewal rate. Launched last year, our Education and Capital Markets Committees are already delivering value, with additional committees for the insurance and healthcare sectors planned soon.
Over the past year, BritCham has become the fastest-growing, most dynamic, and enthusiastic business chamber in Cambodia. A long-standing British institution, chambers of commerce trace their origins to Glasgow in 1783, home to the world’s first chamber of commerce: a bridge between private enterprise and government, advocating for better trade laws, improved infrastructure and fair taxation.

Their board page does carry photographs, but they could not be paired to a name with confidence: several images share the same captured text block, filenames are generic upload IDs, and the file harvested against the Chair’s own name was opened and shows someone else entirely. Rather than guess, the board is set in type.
